Unbelievably rude and unprofessional people here, no sane person would trust them with an oral surgery.

Wouldn't recommend this office. Mr. Fan seems to see patients as a sack of money rather than actually discussing whether they need surgery or not. The billing matched that impression: before the surgery they tried to collect nearly $200 above my insurance's pretreatment estimate as a "just in case" buffer. There was also a specific code my insurance said I owe $0 on and that wasn't a valid charge — they still tried to tell me I had to pay for it. When I pushed back, Lady Laura pointed to the financial statement I'd signed as justification to charge whatever they wanted, and all of this happened before I'd even had the surgery. They also refused to schedule me after already giving me dates I could come in. This is a highly unethical, if not illegal, practice.

I had jaw surgery with Dr. Wen Fan, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. From the very beginning, Dr. Fan made me feel safe, comfortable, and well-prepared for the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I knew exactly what to expect. Because of the trust and confidence Dr. Fan gave me, I wasn’t nervous going into surgery in fact, I was excited. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made the experience much easier than I anticipated. Now that I’m fully recovered, I am extremely happy with my results. The surgery has had a huge positive impact on my confidence and quality of life. I am so grateful to Dr. Fan and his team, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering jaw surgery.

I got four my wisdom teeth extracted this morning. The experience is really great. Dr. Fan is very considerate and soothing. The visit took only 2hrs in/out, including anesthesia. Because they are in-network, my company is able to cover all the expenses There is a convenient parking garage behind the building

I had a great experience with Dr. Fan and his team. Everyone was professional and patient with all of my questions. My dentist referred me to Dr. Fan. I had an infected tooth that needed to be extracted. They were able to get me in for a same day consultation, walked me through the procedure, and prepared me for the surgery the next day. Dr. Fan was calm and explained to me every step during the extraction. This helped me feel at ease. He made the procedure seem simple (I know it wasn't). I have full trust and confidence in Dr. Fan and his team for the next few procedures as I will also be getting a dental implant from him.
